DESCRIPTION:
St. James''s Club Antigua is nestled on a 100-acre private peninsula. Indulge in the opulence of our private 100-acre peninsula on Antigua’s southeastern coast. World-class amenities and impeccable service pamper you. Clear, turquoise waters surround your own private oasis where stretches of white sand are your canvas by day. From its spa, to its Monte Carlo-style casino, to its bountiful array of activities, St. James’s Club will capture you. Dine waterside, surrounded by majestic yachts, or in the privacy of the resort’s 250 guest rooms, suites and villas. A certain understated elegance gives St. James’s Club its renowned reputation for distinction and provides you the epitome of a blissful Caribbean memory.
ROOMS:
St. James''s Club offers 178 rooms in five categories, 105 of which are located in three of the Club''s Main Buildings, referred to as Bougainvillea, Hibiscus and Poinciana. The remaining 73 rooms are private villas that overlook Mamora Bay in what is referred to as the "Village". All accommodations are air-conditioned with either two double or one king-size bed, ceiling fans, hairdryer, private bath with shower and tub, safety deposit box, direct-dial telephone, colour cable television, alarm clock radio, bathrobes and private balconies or patios.
Club Room: A lovely standard room, with two double beds, a garden or an ocean view.
Premium Room: A king bedded room, usually on the second floor, with an ocean view.
Two Bedroom Villa and/or Beachfront: Luxuriously appointed private villas located in the "Village". Each feature two separate bedrooms with private bath and shower. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and full bath with tub, shower and bidet. The second bedroom has two twin beds plus a full bath with shower. Every villa has separate dining and living areas with balcony or patio overlooking Mamora Bay. All villas are equipped with full kitchen facilities.
FACILITIES:
Activities & Recreation: The Mamora Beach Water Sports Center offers a wide range of non-motorized water activities — available to all guests at no extra charge — including windsurfing, Sunfish sailing, pedal boats, snorkelling and kayaking. Instruction is also provided. St. James’s Club offers four swimming pools: The main pool, adjacent to the Reef Deck Bar; the freshwater pool, in the Village, near the tennis courts; the central freshwater pool and the children’s pool, in the center of the Village.
Guests may use the Body Shop — the Club’s fitness center— located adjacent to the Poinciana Building. This air-conditioned center features free weights, exercise bicycles, treadmills, stair climbers and Nautilus equipment. A qualified staff member is on duty to help guests with their training needs. Aquacise classes are also available in the main pool.
Children are also well catered for here, the award-winning Kid’z Klub catering for younger guests between 2 and 12 years of age from 9am-10pm. It offers a wide range of activities, including arts and crafts, mask making, treasure hunts and field games. Dinners can also be served, whilst baby sitting is readily available at additional cost. St. James’s Club offers a variety of additional recreational activities for guests including two magnificent beaches, six all-weather championship tennis courts (with a fully equipped tennis pro shop) — five of which are lit for night play; volleyball; croquet; karaoke; foosball and table tennis.
For an additional charge, guests may arrange: babysitting, limited currency exchange service, room service, massages & beauty salon services, tennis lessons, laundry, full-service 18-slip marina, off-property excursions/car rentals and fax services.
Dress Code: In keeping with the sophisticated nature of the resort, they ask that while in the restaurants, shoes be worn and bathing suits covered. After 6:30 PM, casual elegance is appropriate. For men - no shorts, jeans or collarless shirts please. For women - dresses, skirts, slacks, culottes or tailored Bermuda-length shorts are wonderful (but please, no "short shorts", cutoffs or jeans).

Coco Beach BBQ - A casual beachfront eatery serving grilled favorites. Open for lunch.
Docksider Restaurant & Bar: An open-air restaurant specializing in bistro-style cuisine as well as Caribbean dishes. Here you''ll experience casual, candlelit dinners nestled under palm trees beside Mamora Bay Beach.
